G Abstract  Nano technology has been developing rapidly in the last few years, such as Nanotube Field Effect Transistor (NTFET) that can be used to examine several protein characteristics. This paper discuss about The Phenomenon of sensor for protein binding by using Nanotube FET Device. NTFET is a very simple device because its only contains nanotube and FET. NTFET works based on the differences of drain source current. When NTFET are coated with polymer, source drain current will reduced because of electron transfer between nanotube and polymer. After biotin is grown source drain current will increase because biotin will reduce electron transfer between polymer and nanotube. Based on several experiments, this phenomenon used to examine protein characteristic. Keywords  Nanotube, Protein binding, Electron Transfer. G
