Ali Sungkar was born on 29 September 1966. He graduated as Medical Doctor from FMUI in 1991 then finished his study in Obstetrics and Gynecology Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Indonesia (FMUI) in 1999. He is a lecturer at the Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Indonesia (FMUI).
