2001 - present       Setup and managing several small business unit ranging from investment services company, property management company, IT company, fund management company


2000 - 2001     President Director in PT Bhakti Asset Management. Was In charge of private and public fund management operation. Leading an extensive research team for progressing in municipal bonds and similar instruments.


1997 - 2000     Director in PT Bhakti Investama Tbk. From 1999, was  in charge of fund management operation with 650 billion IDR under investment management and advisory agreement. From 1997 to 1999 the main responsibilities include establishing research division, operation system and support various companies' restructuring services. Engaged in  as Co-leader in State Enterprise Privatization projects.

1999 - 2001     Lecturer in Magister Manajemen Universitas Indonesia (MMUI); Area of interest: Managerial Economics, Economic Policy Management, Capital Market, Strategic Management.


1994 - Present     Lecturer in Fakultas Ekonomi, Universitas Indonesia; Current Area of Interest: Service Marketing, Marketing Theory, and Strategic Marketing. Previous Area of interest: Investment Management, Efficient Financial and Capital Structure, Capital and Money Market, Merger & Acquisition, Managerial Economics, Strategic Management Business Development and Evaluation.


June - December 1993     Project Economist in The World Bank – ColumbiaUniversity Joint Internship Program. Involved actively in the Public Expenditure Review and the Land Administration Project in Indonesia.


1988 - 1997     Last position: Assistant Director and Senior Consultant in Lembaga Management - Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Indonesia (LM-FEUI); Specialization: Strategic Management, Strategic Business Project Design and Evaluation; Performance and Program Audit.
