Budi Iman Santoso was born in Jakarta, 5 September 1954.He graduated as Medical Doctor from FMUI in 1980 then finished his study in Obstetrics and Gynecology Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Indonesia (FMUI) in 1987. He is a lecturer at the Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Indonesia (FMUI). He id the head of Departement of Obstetrics and Gynecology Faculty of Medicine Universitas Indonesia (FMUI).
