Dr. Fauziah Zen has been teaching and doing research at the Faculty of Economics, University of Indonesia since 1999 with appointment as Deputy Head of Economic Department during 2009 to 2011. Since 2012, she also joined the Indonesia National Research Council (Dewan Riset nasional) as Deputy Head of Socio-Humaniora Commission. She also serves as a member of Advisory Team to Indonesia’s Finance Minister for Fiscal Decentralization since 2010 to provide research findings and advisory services. She had worked as consultant/Economist for the World Bank, ADB, GIZ, AusAID, USAID and several government institutions in Indonesia.
She has more than 15 years of experience in Public Finance, Regulatory Impact Assessment, Infrastructure Development, and Fiscal Policy. Her current research includes various subjects in Financing Infrastructure especially Public-Private Partnership (PPP), Social Security, and Disaster Risk Resilience with coverage of East Asia region. She also still works on Fiscal Policy issues in Indonesia.
